Orthopedic Helmet

Fully customized cranial orthosis, developed through three‑dimensional scanning and 3D printing, manufactured in CPP+, a lightweight and stable material especially suitable for clinical applications.

Designed based on the child’s exact measurements, it is intended to guide and promote the proper reshaping of the skull in cases of cranial deformities, providing a precise, safe, and comfortable anatomical fit. The digital process enables accurate adaptation to the morphology and corrective needs of each patient and, thanks to the thermomoldable properties of CPP+, the helmet can be further adjusted using controlled heat applied with a heat gun.
