1. USER INFORMATION
Who is responsible for the processing of your personal data?
EDSER INSOLES, SL is the DATA CONTROLLER responsible for processing the USER’s personal data and informs you that such data will be processed in accordance with the provisions of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of 27 April (GDPR) and Organic Law 3/2018 of 5 December on the Protection of Personal Data and guarantee of digital rights (LOPDGDD).
For what purpose do we process your personal data?
To maintain a business relationship with the user. The processing operations envisaged include:

What is the legal basis for processing your personal data?
The processing is lawful under Article 6 of the GDPR as follows:
- With the USER’s consent: sending commercial communications and newsletters.
- Based on the legitimate interest of the DATA CONTROLLER: carrying out market research, statistical analysis, and processing requests and orders made by the USER.
How long will we keep your personal data?
Personal data will be kept for no longer than necessary to fulfill the purpose of the processing or while legal obligations require their retention. When they are no longer necessary, they will be deleted using appropriate security measures to ensure data anonymization or complete destruction.
Who do we share your personal data with?
Personal data will not be disclosed to third parties unless required for the development and execution of the purposes of processing, in which case data may be shared with service providers related to communications. The DATA CONTROLLER has duly signed confidentiality and data processing agreements with such providers, as required by current data protection regulations.

2. MANDATORY OR OPTIONAL NATURE OF THE INFORMATION PROVIDED BY THE USER
By checking the relevant boxes and entering data into the fields marked with an asterisk (*) in the contact form or download forms, USERS expressly, freely, and unequivocally accept that their data is necessary to process their request. The inclusion of data in the remaining fields is voluntary.
The USER guarantees that the personal data provided to the DATA CONTROLLER is accurate and undertakes to notify any changes thereto.
The DATA CONTROLLER informs that all data requested through the website is mandatory, as it is necessary to provide an optimal service to the USER. If all required data is not provided, it cannot be guaranteed that the information and services offered will be fully tailored to the USER’s needs.

In accordance with current data protection regulations, the DATA CONTROLLER complies with all GDPR and LOPDGDD provisions regarding the processing of personal data under its responsibility and expressly adheres to the principles set out in Article 5 of the GDPR. These principles ensure that personal data is processed lawfully, fairly and transparently, and is adequate, relevant and limited to what is necessary for the purposes for which it is processed.
The DATA CONTROLLER guarantees that it has implemented appropriate technical and organizational policies to apply the security measures established by the GDPR and the LOPDGDD, in order to protect the rights and freedoms of USERS, and has provided them with the necessary information to enable them to exercise those rights.
