Spinal Brace - Type Boston

The Boston-type Spinal Brace is a TLSO with a symmetrical design, widely used to treat mild or moderate scoliosis. It is characterized by its cylindrical shape, with internal pads that apply lateral pressure on the curve. It is a modular system that can start from preset sizes and then be adjusted to the patient, or it can be specifically designed for each patient through digital scanning and CAD/CAM modeling. Its action focuses on controlling the curve and keeping the spine within acceptable alignment limits.
