3D Printing -PA12
Polyamide PA12 offers very good rigidity and deformation properties, making it a highly balanced material.
3D Printing -PP
Polypropylene offers characteristics very similar to traditional polypropylene, behaving similarly in terms of rigidity and flexibility.
3D Printing -PP White
White polypropylene is a material with physical characteristics very similar to thermo-adapted resin, offering the same deformation quality. However, its functional performance is undeniably superior. It can be easily molded by applying heat.
3D Printing -TPU Resin (EVA)
This is an elastomer that behaves similarly to EVA, allowing designs that require significant deformation for use. It offers maximum flexibility and minimal rigidity.
Blue Fiber
Fiberglass with high percentage of fiber. The components of the template allow it to maintain its shape and offer a quick recovery.
Silver Fiber
A composite of glass fiber material consisting of two parts that form a wave; glass made with silver resin and an acrylic core. Silver does not break or weaken with the passage of time, providing durability and a plantar orthosis for all uses.
Graphite Fiber
Normally called carbon fiber or TL, this compound is made with reinforced thermoplastic fiber, named TL because it is the “Thinnest Lightest” material (thinner and lighter) available to provide functional control.
EVA
Ethylene Vinyl Acetate is a European favorite for fabricating both accommodative and functional foot orthosis. EVA orthotics are fabricated using an advanced precision direct CNC milling process.
Linings
We offer different types of linings to finish the insoles, which serve both an aesthetic and functional purpose.
