However, you accept and acknowledge that EDSER INSOLES SL cannot assure any guarantees to the matter. Edser equipment comes with no virus, Trojans, malware or similar threats, thus, is your responsibility to make sure your equipment is free of any malicious content. If you have any doubt is important to scan your own equipment before asking remote assistance to our support team.
2. Confidential information about remote assistance. You accept and acknowledge all reasonable and necessary steps to protect and maintain on absolute discretion all confidential information.
3. Limitation of Liability. WETHER BY CONTRACT, WARRANTEE, GRIEVANCE (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE), PRODUCT LIABILITY, OR ANY OTHER FORM OR LIABILITY, IN ANY EVENT, EDSER INSOLES SL AND HIS EMPLOYEES WILL BE LIABLE OF ANY HARM, INCIDENTAL OR INDIRECT (FOR EXAMPLE, DATA LOSS, INTERRUPTION OF SERVICE, EQUIPMENT FAILURE OR CAPITAL LOSS ) ISSUED FROM THE USE OR INABILITY OF USE OR ELSE OF REMOTE ASSISTANCE SOFTWARE AND THE POSSIBILITY OF STATED DAMAGE.
4. EDSER INSOLES SL won’t be responsible of any harm or delay that your Business may incur at. EDSER INSOLES doesn’t offer any guarantees, express or implicit, of the services we offer in relation to loss of data resulted of remote assistance, network failure, malware infections, Trojans, or other malicious files. We remind you that is your responsibility to look after data on your own equipment, make sure you back up regularly, and if you don’t have this service currently available, we can offer you incremental daily back up copy on our secure remote servers.
